About Me

Introduction.

I'm Paul, a Full Stack Software Engineer who owns projects across the entire lifecycle — not just the code. On the infrastructure side, I provision and maintain Linux servers (Debian 12/13), containerize services with Docker, and manage CI/CD pipelines through Buddy and Github Actions for automated, reliable deployments. On the application side, I architect REST/GraphQL APIs, design database systems, ETL pipeilines, and build responsive, accessible frontends with Next.js, React, and TypeScript. But just as much of my work happens off the keyboard: I regularly work directly with non-technical stakeholders. Translating business requirements into technical specs, managing timelines, and making sure what gets built actually solves the problem. These skills has let me lead $300,000+ enterprise projects end-to-end, from provisioning the server a project runs on, to writing the code, to presenting progress to the people who requested it.
